Ann is a Graduate of DIT and Trinity College Dublin. Ann’s special interest is in the area of sustainability.

Refurbishment of an existing Nursing Home in a Protected Structure in Co. Galway.
Development of a prototype Nursing Home Design in conjunction with a Nursing Home Development Company for potential sites throughout Ireland and the UK.
Nursing Home, Birmingham. - Planning, Building Regulation Approval and Construction Detail Design.
High spec’ private houses with elements of “Green” technology in Counties Galway, Dublin and Donegal.
Restaurant recently cited as Melbourne’s best restaurant by the Irish Times.
Design & Build factory fit-out, Co. Derry.

Residential Care Home for the SOS, Kilkenny for people with special needs.
Educational Building for K.E.Y. – Feasibility for an educational building for Kilkenny Employment for Youth, a registered charity.
Suir Mills, Cahir, Co. Tipperary – Protected structure conversion to a mixed use development.
Apartment scheme development for 2 derelict buildings, which are protected structures in Montpelier Hill, Dublin 7.
Office / retail building adjacent to Kilkenny Courthouse, Kilkenny.
County Dun Laoghaire / Rathdown – Social Housing Project.
Tholsel, High Street, Kilkenny – Kilkenny Borough Council: Accessibility programme, Fire Safety programme and additional accommodation in Protected Structure.
