Headquarters and Distribution Centre for Banaghan

The Banaghan project comprises 9,000sq.m. high-bay storage and distribution structure and 1,400sq.m. company offices and showroom. 

The client's brief was for as large a clear internal span as posssible and by means of lightweight steel frame construction. A clear space of 140m. X 51m. x 13m. high was achieved. 

The configuration of loading bays, marshalling area, administration and racking area provide for efficient logistics and warehousing management.

An optimum ratio between height and floor plate, balanced with sofisticated fire safety engineering, delivered excellent value in terms of construction cost.
