Castlelands, Mallow

The 27 hectare 'Castlelands' site forms part of the historic domain of Mallow Castle, which extends eastwards from the Castle and town into the countryside of Co. Cork.

The residential component of the 'Castlelands Project' was designed in accordance with a masterplan for the overall site which had regard for the various objectives and designations for this environmentally sensitive area contained in the Mallow Development Plan.

To date, 330 homes have been completed in three phases of development. Upon completion, the Castlelands neighbourhood will also have shops, workspaces, childcare, sports and amenity facilities.
