Two Kilkenny City developments reached the nomination stage of the Lama Awards 2009, Citywest Hotel on Saturday 24th January 2009. The Annual Awards Ceremony commends individuals, initiatives and private companies for their outstanding contributions and the projects of benefit to the community.
“Ayrfield” residential development, Granges Road, Kilkennny developed by McCarthy Brothers Building Contractors received a "Best Private Housing Development" nomination.
Rothe Family Gardens received a "Best Heritage Project" nomination.
