Refurbishment and Extension of Mid-Terrace 19^th Century residence, Ranelagh, Dublin

The client’s brief was for the conservation and upgrade of one of the terraced houses on this important inner suburban 19^th Century square. The design solution involved the conservation and retention of a large number of period features together with the introduction of modern services and compontents, including a new kitchen and bathrooms. A small return annexe and conservatory, sympathetic with the original building were added to the rear.
